Best Practices:
-Regularly monitor the comments about your company, brand, and products.
-Respond to compliments and feedback in real time.
-Retweet and reply publicly to great tweets posted by your followers and customers.

Worst Practices:
- Exposing private business details on your public network
- Do not engage in twitter wars with other companies
- Exposing a flaws over a social media website is a big NO, NO.
