Dream Internship

I have found my dream internship. It is in Washington, D.C. The internship is with the American Lung Association.  The intern will work directly with the manager of advocacy and communications for the region in developing and implementing a social media strategy to build capacity and increase visibility for advocacy, communications, program, and fundraising initiatives across multiple social media platforms. Specifically, the intern will be responsible for managing four Facebook pages and four Twitter accounts that were recently launched within the region.
This class has helped me be able to learn how to manage my brand on multiple platforms at one time, and it also taught me how to engage on twitter with other people in my industry.
