Why Am I In This Class?
I am an Organizational Communications major with a minor in Healthcare studies. I would like to work in Healthcare Adminstration, and by taking this class, I hope it gives me an edge on my competition when it is time for me to get a job. I would also like to learn how to network with people over social media such as Facebook and Twitter. I plan to get there by following innovative healthcare companies that are incorporating social media in their workplace.

A good friend of mine works for a major healthcare company - and recently they gave her the job to monitor their brand on social media. She's learning as she goes, and she says that she could have really used a class like this!
